The purple punch is a photoperiod. It wants to start flowering while under 18/6. There’s still a clone alive and trying to root, and two more cuttings yesterday were taken. Currently, they are in a glass of water on a little seedling mat in the window. I’ll decide later if I want to do something more with them. Blue dream af officially hits veg tomorrow. The tangerine dream is still plodding along.

If you cover the clone glass with aluminum foil and poke holes in it for the cuttings to root through, they'll have a better chance of rooting because the light to the stem will be blocked.

Morning time to put the white OG in the closet and feed the two coco plants. The gelato af has been looking like a sad sack for two days and watering last night didn’t help. Suspecting a salt buildup (this plant is in soil/perlite that was amended at planting), I flushed it with tap this morning. And I believe she also needs some nitrogen and some magnesium, but I’m going to start with the magnesium first and that won’t be until lights on tonight because she’s really wet at the moment with six hours until lights off.

Purple punch, also in soil/perlite but fed with Earth Juice Seablast (Grow currently), looks deficient in magnesium. So tonight she will get a dose of OilyCann. If you think my assessment is off, please chime in. Thank you!

I might target a more all around feed if those gals were mine to make sure there's enough N too ❤❤

I won’t be relying on the amendments in the soil for the gelato, that’s for sure. Purple punch seems pretty good except for magnesium but I can always try going up a touch on her feed as well. Thank you!

I concur that a little N boost wouldn't be a bad thing. Certainly not an emergency, but they look a little hungry.

Always keep a little N in the mix right up to harvest I run 1/4 grow nutes all the way through .

They are getting different feed sources but both have N. All of these plants have been at the mercy of me probably overfeeding and causing a salt buildup (these have both been through that once already). That’s my best guess since the previous Epsom salts debacle.

Plants have been given a foliar spray with EarthJuice OilyCann, three hours prior to lights on. I plan to top dress with some coffee grounds when lights are on.

Yup. And I gave each plant half a liter of water with oilycann. Most ended up as runoff but that’s ok.

I’m beginning to doubt the purple punch was a photo seed. This is under 18/6. I may reach out to 207 Genetics and ask if there’s a chance it was mislabeled.

Gelato is miserable. Purple punch is only marginally better. :-( Hands off for a while. Fuck. My poor babies.
