How do you pop the seeds I used to use the kitchen towel method but now I just use the rockwool

Same paper towel then drop In soil

Northeast teeside mate been keen on outdoor since forever so with these finishing fast recon I could do it at a push for the price I mean 8 quid for even say 20g still a bonus lol
