How strong is that material you use there!? I saw some plans for a chuck box made out of something that looked similar. If I made it well enough it could be rugged!

Half inch corrugated plastic with very glossy opaque white plastic stapled inside. Strong enough to place 5 gallon jugs of water on top of it.

i'm not seeing any hole for ventilation in there ...

Still working on it. Right now I'm sure there's enough cracks for ventilation. Anyway they seem to be thriving.
