Are they under same light intensity? Same height? If so then it could just be transplant stress and should perk up in like 12 hrs. My baby bounced back in like 5 to 8 hrs shes singing to the sky. Over/under watering or light issues usually do this to the plant but being that you transplanted Id say its that.

Oh 1 thing i seen, how much perlite did you add to the soil? I cant see much on top and being that jake mentioned the pot drainage it made me think of the soil. So if you didnt add perlite or enough that may be an issue. Also read over the post and you said the light is 6-9 away from plant, my lady has had issues with lighting causing her to droop alot. 3 different times its happened, as recently as last night...so maybe back the lights off

Just transplant is gonna cause stress and possible shock give it a day or two to recover - not sure if I read you post right but ambient temperature and leaf temp should not be the same leaf temp should be a few degrees lower
