Im sure several growers here use this meter: https://hydrobuilder.com/garden-car...KFEPj2NOT_Jv6umKrrPpDoISbY-WAISBoCzLkQAvD_BwE

I notice the ph reading will just drift to random numbers depending on if the wire for the probe is slightly bent or straight. Depending on the orientation of the wire the reading will either be drastically off or a few points off of what I thought it would be after mixing nutrients.

I don't want to chalk it up to a faulty wire since this has happened to me twice now with the same meter.

12 year old blulab combo meter here. I have only had to change my ph probe a couple times over the years due to dropping it and breaking the glass sensor. Trouble free other than that. The key is keeping it clean, calibrated, and always stored in maintenance solution.

Yea I always keep it in storage solution but maybe I am just a bad meter owner because I don't clean it as much as I should. How often do u clean your probes? (just purchased a cleaning kit)
