I found this on the underside of my cucumber leaf indoors . Never seen this before , hoping someone can help. This is in the desert

dose anyone know what this is.. has been Plaguing us commercially for 8 mo thought I was deal with RA then maybe bulb might this is all I can find in the root zone… please please please help!!!!!
