Anyone know what this could be ?

Im growing a purple punch from fast buds and ive just noticed some clawing and dont know what it could be

ive had some problems with nitrogen toxicity that had a lot of clawing om another plant so im a bit worried

shes at 5 weeks early fower and havent fed anything yet because the soil was pre fertilized

It does look like nitrogen hot soil. Not sure how you remedy your situation in that media.

I bought this soil since its specifically for cannabis and I thought it would put off nutrients for a while since its still my first grow
