Anyone using a Drip Irrigation System?

Looking to switch to a drip water method, however, I can't t quite figure out how and when to alternate between regular ph'd water and nutrient water? Currently, I am hand watering and switching between these two different types of water every 3-4 days (this is how often my plants get watered regardless of the solution). Is anyone familiar with this issue and if it's possible to use a drip system like this?

I think most ppl use ph'd nutrient solution in their reservoirs and don't alternate between water and nutes.
