I have a bunch of aquariums and read that if ph of the aquarium water is good it can be beneficial to use the water for its biological eco-qualities. Most my tanks are at a ph of 6.7 to 7 and have live plants that I add liquid ferts to like iron phosphorus, nitrate etc. Just wondering on others take on this?

In soil I would try it. I don't know if it's good, bad or indifferent, but it's probably not bad. You might have to lower the pH in other media.
