Are these budding? Other 4 aren’t

is this the start of budding? When do I turn light up and go to 12/12 if so? Thanks for help

Learned valuable lesson 5 way to many in this tent!!using ocean forest soil fox farms nutrients vivosun 200watt light ! The bigger one is week older but not the one that’s budding! Just wonder when I go from 75%to 100% and 12/12 instead of 18/6

If they are autos, you don’t go to 1212! If they are photos, get one of these other indoor growers to help you! The size of the plant and the amount of room in your tent have a big bearing on that! And that looks like a little pre-flower action! If it goes into full flower under 18 six it’s probably not photo! Good luck!

If they are photos it is pre flower, it's fine to flip to 12/12. If they are autos leave at 18/6 and just carry on

But how does he determine when to flip by the size of the plant? If they are photos! What is it? Something like no more than halfway to the light? I don’t grow indoors! He doesn’t want to flip a 4 inch plant! those are still pretty small!

They are autos! 2 apple fritters a blueberry don’t know other 2 was just wondering if that’s when switch lights is all

Well, just keep growing them! They are in control! You can play with the lighting and read the plant! Some people would go to 20-4! I think maybe this is where that DLI bullshit comes in! and good that you are having a good time! That’s half the battle! and speaking of good times, it might be a good time for you to research the difference between photos and autos! Especially in terms of lighting!

Yep, autos can stay on an 18/6 schedule, or 20/4 even.

12/12 is mainly to give cues to photoperiod plants to induce flowering. Your autos will flower on their own schedule without intervention.

They look great, btw.

What they said is spot on, glad you are liking it. The plant has an insane amount of variability, also the best part is you never need to buy weed again if you do it right. Which is a lot of , that's how I justify it with my lady. Happy growing

What brand/model light are you using?
How many inches over the plant is the light?
