Are these nematodes or root aphid pupae

I took this video last night of the run off that was in my saucer after watering.are they nematodes or root aphid pupae?need help please.i have a root aphid issue,I’ve been treating with botanigard wp22,Organicide,azatin o and I introduced nematodes a few weeks ago.any help would be greatly appreciated.

In my limited experience those are not nematodes. I use predatory nematodes (to kill root aphids) and without a microscope they are not visible. I think those are worms and if so pitch em back in the soil and let them do their thing!

Where could they have come from?I running riococo 2 gallon otb,they only thing I’ve introduced to the coco is the nematodes.I’m indoors in rooms.I’ve been doing sprenches with botanigard wp22,azatin o,sns 203 and Organicide and thought the sns or Organicide would of messed with the nematodes.I’ve kept my coco damp since introducing them.this is crazy lol.I need to find out what these things are.
