Are these of opposite sex?

Hi there, these are from 2 Chem N Cream plants I started several weeks ago. They are of the same height and one is much bushier than the other - can it be concluded that these are of opposite sex ? I’m guessing the first photo is a male and the second (bushier one) is a female based on stuff I have read - of course I don’t know too much yet and thus it may be too early to distinguish - your thoughts?

too early, usually 5-6 weeks from seed or more..

I’d wait till they start flowering, once you start seeing literal balls is when you determine if you’re going to cull the male or breed.
