you should be good..
you can see you didn’t bury the seed deep enough in some, i’d fill those cups right up to the top, than very lightly pushed it down easily than top it off if need too.
don’t water till it’s dry and light in weight, like a feather. water only with a spray bottle to not compact the soil..
than just leave them alone!
also seedlings do not need a dome or heating mat.
domes are for clones..

Between the dome, standing runoff and condensation, they're damping off. Dry your tray out, lose the dome and provide air circulation.
In other words what, @GNick55 suggests.
