Are these seeds good to plant

Finally found a seed of like 2 of my plants I was told that thats how you tell if it's a female which I kinda think it's a fib lol and been told it's a bad seed but I tried to grow anyway and they smell good lol just taking a long time to grow now they are flowering good budding good so my question is what are these seeds

Pale seeds can germinate. They're typically dark brown. And if it came from a feminized plant it too will most likely be female. The quality of seeds like this is debatable. You cannot tell gender from appearance of the seed.

Ok thanks I had to try and see how they would grow and come to find out they are doing OK taking a long time due to lighting but I'm trying to keep them long as I can until harvest being patient
