Are they ready to harvest?

RQS Quick One's autoflower. These two plants have been growing for 10 weeks. The first 2 pics are of the same plant and the third pic is the other plant. Are they ready to harvest?

I’m no auto expert but I recently harvested my two outdoor autos and they had a lot more bract swelling. I’d give yours another week if possible but they look like they’re in the zone now. Good luck.
