at what power and distance should the spider farmer sf4000 be set?

hello to all gardeners I'm doing my first ride with the spiderfarmer sf 4000, any of you already have experience with it and would you be able to advise me? the fact is that on the site there are some unclear parameters .. so I wrote to spiderfarmer, who gave me still different parameters and so now I am confused and I ask you. thank you so much in advance for your time

There's no definitive answer . Start at 24inches minimum power. If they react badly (white tips) then higher the light by 12 inches.
