Attempting RDWC, beginners rockwool question

Hello! I have 4 twelve day old seedlings that I started in rockwool plugs in a dome tray. They all have roots growing out of the bottom of the tray, time to go to their new home. My question is do I just bury the entire plug in the hydroton, or do I need to clear away or break apart/ loosen the plug? First time doing the whole shebang from seed to weed, so any help is appreciated! Thanks ya'll. If I'm in the wrong category, please let me know!

The main point of the rockwool is that you take the whole thing and put it into the soil, but sometimes if the roots are showing pornography you may wanna give them a brush and in that case you need to break the rockwool. Normally it is not needed

I think autocorrect got you. But I can't guess what it was that turned pornographic. Dirty roots showing that pornography.

Update: buried the plugs in the clay beads in my net pots. Worked like a charm. Have some crazy thick roots shooting through the plugs. Thanks for the tips!
