Auto burning in super soil

I’d like to help but need much more info. I start autos in plain FFHF in the top 1/3 of my 5 gal fabric bag. The middle 1/3 has mainly vegging nutrients (4-4-4) , ewc & bu’s blend compost and the bottom 1/3 has kicked up super soil. The seedlings will get a good start in the mild HF and as the roots migrate down they encounter more nutrients. After vegging about 4-5 weeks they will hit the super soil and explode! This super soil has been “cooking” for about 6-8 weeks before any roots hit it. Just plain pH’ed water throughout.
