autofem not flowering 7th week

So I have this problem with one of the autofems that I'm growing, it's auto super lemon haze CBD and is supposed to flower from around 2-3 weeks from seeding. It
s in her 7th week already and she has little heads of flowers on nodes, but nothing more. I grow her outdoor in organic soil. been feeding her with Flora Trio but 1/3 of the suggested quantity. I'm posting a video to show you and sorry for low quality, she's growing in village and I'm not close to take a video myself. thanks for the help.

Temperature can slower the grow. Your plants seem healthy to me, so I wouldn't worry. Give it a bit more time.
