This is week 7 starting today. 8-10 week autoflower (North Atlantic Seeds Auto Bomb, indica). Should I pull at week 8, monitor for growth and let it ride to 10? I have a dehydrator (RELAX) I can set to ambient and run fan only on low , I think I can get drying to a nice even 8-10 days but I've never tried it this way. I should reaffirm as this word DEHYDRATOR should about give people a stroke but it's NO HEAT lol just a fanbox on really low.

Ur hairs are still white… but I think ur having some problems with ur plant my fried… questions everyone seems to ask soil, nutrients using, water schedule, temps

The shooting fan stems from node positions seems to indicate a confused plant that is not sure what should be growing. Pistles still growing and some white. Do you have a complete diary on this grow so we can evaluate and try to help your next grow?

Thought this seems familiar. Yes we have talked.

Theoretically, your plant still quiet ways from being ready to harvest. Once the pistils turn orange and crinkle inward. The plant will be ready for harvest. Definitely looks like you've had some issues, but it looks like you're figuring things out. It's important to stay on the same lighting schedule. I've had many issues over the years. I have experienced revegging in flower. Keep your eye on the prize. Some of my best harvest were from the smallest plants, and micro yields.

The long and the short of it is, autos are packed up nicely and advertised as a compact plant that turns quick harvests like clockwork. In reality, you’re going to have a much higher chance of doing something that will diminish your harvest quantities. Autos don’t have the same ability to process stress and continue on as their photoperiod peers due to their shortened life span. Any mistake with an auto is costly. ✌️

I went from veg to flower nutes when the buds stopped fattening a base and began upward. Still 2 feeds and one water a week. Soil went from about 6.7 to 7. Heavy P and Ph in the soil, light N. 100w light moved to 28" above plant top. Went from 16/8 on the light 3 days ago to 12/12.
My impression (wrong) was that autos go one way fast and if you miss something weII that's that. I had some light calcium spotting and first days of flower some reddening on the leaf edge but since then nothing new as far as symptoms. I added lactic bacteria from the hydroponic store in the drip trays under the pots because it smelled like rotten death asshole if you moved it at all (3 hours... GONE).

The next seedling has way less drainage and tests N heavy, Ph light, P light. Handfull of bone meal in the top of the soil down to 3". Just got second set of non-seed leaves.

Personally I never push veg nutrients on a flowering plant. About a week after development, I switch.

I also feed consistently. I only water the last 2 weeks.

I have high ph well 8.5ph, so even with good nutrients 😊 some times a bit of ph down to put me on range of 6.3-6.5.

My soil will still fluctuates a bit high also. 7-7.5 range even with flushes.

So I stopped fighting the soil ph as much. I have noted that ph up and down is only stable so long.

I would also lower the light. Big time. 100w is not enough. It it will get you something. I would have it within like 4-6inches of that small plant. I would also Only go-to 12/12 for a photoperiod. NEVER an auto. Autos I always push 18/6 or 20/4 depending if it like the light. You only get one shot with an auto. That's why I lean photo, but always have an auto floating around.

I only water to keep the pH in check, otherwise it goes 6.7-6.5. If I drop the light midway as a compromise and see good things, and don't hate the temps my laser returns, I'll post a picture of that one night in Las Vegas.

So this is a couple days versus more than a week in flower. Four top leaves showing nute deficiency right after flower halted and seemed even to shrink the rust colored spots with 0-50-32 Budcharge. Happy to catch and fix shit but I'd rather get ahead of the game. Perhaps there is no substitute for just making mistakes.

Is that water I see on the leaves in the first photo? You should be keeping your plant vegetation dry. Wet plants are an open invite to mold and fungal issues.

Also

The leaves look like there's problems in the rootzone due to not allowing dry back before watering again. You're a long ways from harvest still ... your plant is suffering from nutrition issues due to the over-watering and will significantly hurt your yield.

I sprayed it for the picture. It didn't look as nice as I thought it would.
It probably is over watered considering the instance of stink. Change light, change water, check.
Going forward, keep your foliage dry especially during flowering. I know many people will suggest a foliar feeding for some issues and in those instances I would probably look it as a case by case situation ... as a rule though, keep your plants dry and always during flower.

If I buy this...
then I cannot possibly over-water once I set the rate, and there is no possibility of a water pump jamming and catching fire due to chinese sabotage.
Right?

Mine are of the AC Infinity flavor and they work well! I have a dozen of those bases in my green house. All are plumbed with a float valve to a water tank. Autos on self watering bases in a good organic soil can make for an effortless grow.

I like the AC, I put it on my list of things I started out refusing to buy but now may. I don't mean to be cheap or anything just permanently injured, mid-disability case, and earning money with a laser engraver mostly. I swore up and down no flowering nutes either but with a *first* grow (since 1998) I'm bound to have a number of fucked up beliefs. I am starting Ed Rosenthal's Cannabis Grower's Handbook 2021, and I suspect dumber people than I have figured this out before.

In addition to the Rosenthal book, I'd look at Dr Bruce Bugbee podcasts on YouTube. Salts are easy if not over-used. Organic requires some knowledge of timing so nutrients are available when the plant calls on. Both ways of growing will benefit from what you can read and view ... but experience is huge in growing top shelf cannabis. It takes practice but I'm sure you can learn. It's not that hard actually.
