it's total ppm I measure. For what you have there I'm going to guess that second feed was over 800 ppm

I run the same nutes. For those my recipe would be...per 1 gallon sorry I mix my imperial and metric

Calmag- 2.5ml
Micro- 2.5 ml
Grow- 1 ml
Bloom- 1ml

Added slowly in that order. Then correct the ph to 6.0 and measure ppm. My target would be 350. If its higher than that add water and ph again until it's low enough. If it's lower to start, I screwed up lol.

2ml cal mag
1ml micro
1ml gro
.5ml bloom.
Work up from there.

Yeah, see that's even lighter than my recipe! ...everyone gonna have personal ratios or just follow an online schedule The thing is set a ppm goal and stick to it. Try to keep jumps reasonable. Less is more.

EC/PPM/TDS is measuring the same thing, if you have a TDS meter available you're OK, read the manual of it a couple of times so you understand the numbers of the readings.
