Autoflowers for outside...how soon is too soon to start them inside?

So my first indoor grow didn't yield large ...go figure.
Going to grow some outdoor pheno's but wanted to do a few autoflowers as well.
My question is how soon from when I plan on putting them outside should I have them going inside? How long would be long enough veg inside before I transplant to outdoor containers?
Where I'm at we usually figure on Memorial Wknd is best for outside planting.

You should not transplant autos. They only have 3 to 4 weeks to veg.
