Yeah i will eat the loss and rory can deal with the karma

By the way i banned mars hydro from thcfarmer for life because of there shitty customer service
The bad rep on mars hydro is why I said I'll just stay with grow strong after picking up the used tent. I had not seen a thread like this. It probably would have altered my decision.

And the question I was asking to customer service is which controller is compatible because my ac infinity only has on off control. Never heard from them on a compatible controller suggestion. As a person using the products I have to agree they probably should be avoided.

I usually just boil the entire filter in a metal horse trough with vinegar and water. I can usually get triple the life out of a filter doing it that way.

I tried doing the refill thing but it gets way too messy and half the time you can't get the tube going down the middle to line up again or for the top to go back on. I just boil them until I can't use them anymore and then toss them.

had an issue with an order from growershouse.com via amazon the other week
reached out to growershouse on amazon chat and they fixed it right away, thanks guys you rock! great service 👍

The good guys need support, the bad guys like gorilla grow need boycotting..
I Had an issue with a @SpiderFarmerLED power block, they had a new one in my hand in 4 days, that’s service you can count on!

Headache saved but sorry you had to endure it!! This is why reviews are important. A business doesn’t always stand up to the ever changing markets and eventually the ones that can’t hack it, show their true colors. It seems if even the CEO of the business has given up on providing the correct results, that’s all the evidence anyone should need to avoid them.

I think it is because I never see Logic involved in conversation AND the news articles that they post, which I often read, could easily be shared by a bot. Who knows.

Once I saw this post, I thought what an asshole I must have come off as. Glad I'm not the only ass in the bunch. 🥴🤣🤣

I see a new review posted on amazon from another customer. i feel so bad for these people paying double the money for filters compared to any other company and then getting damaged items 😭

2.0 out of 5 stars Great filters, shipping container not sturdy enough

First the good news then the bad: I love Gorilla Grow filters. I get at least twice the life out of them as any other filter I've bought, provided you use the dust filter and try to keep them clean. While the box (original Gorilla Grow packaging) has padding on the top and bottom, it only has cardboard supports on the corners. As a result my $200 filter arrived dinged, dented, flattened on one side, and just generally banged up. For the price Gorilla charges for these, approximately double most other filters, you'd think they could put an extra $5-10 into packaging. I'll have to think twice next time about whether I want to buy one of these, or just buy two or three of the cheaper ones and replace more frequently. Note that these things are VERY heavy also, so returning one is a nightmare.

Yeah thanks brother its a real shame i used to love gorilla products, but after this there is no way i will ever support them...
Yeah me too I have the small tent 2x2.5 with height extension and love it. They are only company I have seen smart enough to release a extension. Now though either it fell off truck and was re-boxed (it happens) or they are sending out crap. The fact he has not gotten back to you speaks volumes. Worst thing you can do to pissed off customers is not respond. Hell even being told to go screw myself is better at least I know where I stand. I can say I know for a fact that some shipping companies have re-boxed stuff when they destroyed the box and sometimes stuff in it. I had UPS driver at work tell this is pretty common but the no contact thing makes me think of the vendor. Sorry for your trouble and thank you for heads up. I was looking on replacing my big tent too with one of theirs so I can add another height extension. Damn that sucks all around. Hope your days get better!
