Her 1st LST. So far good growth for 16 days for just 7 to 8 hrs direct sunlight in balcony and 12 to 13 hrs of cheap LED lights indoor at night. Been treating her with neem oil for leaf miners

Guys my northern lights auto didn't sprout when I dug and checked the seed there were tiny white bugs moving around in seed???
What they might be and how to get rid of them from my medium???
