Basically an mini MPB, 1 plant 2 600w

an Aquafarm which I floom into and return with a 40mm waste return.

35l cpacity, 2 pots, top pot is fytocell & hydroton bottom is 20l DWC floomed.

I built it with the MPB in mind.

Got some funky stuff going on as well




My chiller does hang in mid air from bungee cords!

The Far Red light has made the plant stretch which is exactly what I want this light might mean we can grow a hell of a lot more strains MPB style.

4 days apart using FR at night all night long I've stopped using FR all night and the stretching has stopped.

Last time my plant was too short.


I don't use airstones or air pumps as they add nothing to the ORP and pathogens to the reservoir.

your doin it up,i think if your cage was round you could aim your branches at at each light a little better or maybe use just fill the 2 sides of your cage faceing each light.i bet this looks good now anyway,im just blabing.

Plant is being flushed at the moment I battled root disease since week 5 as my chiller broke (Well the water pump supplying the chiller) and my res spiked at 24C for a few days without me realising.

Fixed the chiller and used regenaroot/wiltguard and it seems to have controlled things some what. I'll grab some pics this weekend when I harvest.

I think I'm going to do a flooded tube vertical next instead.

what is flooming? I am coco right now but will be going in to afew hydro systems in the near future not all at once and on a micro scale but want to try dwc ,uc and ebb and flow along with my coco so could I get some more info on flooming ?

Hi I had a chiller failure (Water pump) which caused me problems.

We're in the middle of our summer so going to do a DTW next then maybe another go at DWC.

UK is cool enough that Sept-early may no need for chiller.
