I'm still batteling the pottasium deffeciency. Yesterday did a rez change and tought i test out the mega crop calculator. Calculator was saying for a injector tanks that are 16 gallons to use 156.80 grams of Part A and 144 grams of part B. As stoned as i was, i should of know that this is going to be a strong mix. It gave me a 5.0ec
So, i took 10 gallons away and added two gallons of tap water. This brought it to 1.5ec

I need to figure out a proper feeding chart for two parts mega crop, cuz the calculator doesn't make sense to me

Mix for single tank. The leaves already affected will get worse. As long as its not spreading to nee leaves your good. Under/over watering can have a great effect on this also

so far the old leaves are getting hit. What do you think i could do to give it extra pottasium?

You can but its not usually a ratio issue. It’s possible though.

maybe i should of done a bit more deffoliation at earlier stages. I'm thinking of doing anothing defoil. Thoughts?
At night it gets super hot and the rw is drying back too much. The ph in rw dropped again to 4.6
I adjusted the rez water ph to 6.0 to raise that rw ph a bit.

Major guess here but do you say that because the plants energy to try to repair damaged leaves at this stage is fairly close to the same amount of energy it might spend adjusting to the defoliation? So an essence basically a wash?

Because the spacing looks good for airflow, the stage if growth and more will likely reduce overall photosynthesis. Plus yes it can shift some hormones to more of a vegetative growth.

Bu yea there are reasons why some may and some genetics could benefit but i think they are cleaned up enough… but thats just my opinion

Resevor levels are at 6.0ph and 1.5ec

Week 4 of flower update

This past couple days i've noticed that the rw ph is not staying stable and it's going low as 5.0
perhaphs this is why i got that pottasium deffeiency. 1st picture is plant on the right and the other two pictures is the plant on the left.
I got a small bottle of Power Si bloom as the hydrostore close to me only had that at the moment and he said that it's the best stuff. lol!! I'm not to sure yet what it does or if it even has pottasuim silicate. Give me some pointers If anyone has used Power Si.

The girls are bulking up and the plant isn't in a major shock. It also smells amazing!!

Yeah i dont see anything major… newer leaves photosynthesize more efficient anyhow so older ones are not as much of a concern

I have not used Power SI or Power SI Bloom. I am very aware of the base ingredient. Mono silica acid. Same product Billfarthing talks about in balling on a budget. I did an online search of the Bloom as it is fairly new from what I understand. Goes into detail about plant ectracts, etc. If you read between the lines. This more than likely means kelp extract and probably some Alfalfa Extract and probably some Fulvic acid. These can all be had for much less at Custom Hydroponic nutrients.
There is really only so much you can give the plants and expect improved results.
Mono silic acid, kelp extracts, fulvic acid are some of the things you can add to achieve high growth rates. PGRs like Tria can also be used but go light on them because in my experience PGRs even Tria has a two side affect

Also what are you running for PPM? Are you still using that front row AG that has a bunch of water in it from the Hydroscopic Issues associated with the mix?

What is your PPM/EC going into the media? And if PPM what scale?
