Beginner SCroG question, 4x4x8 tent dwc

Hello! I want to attempt the screen of green technique in my grow tent. I have four lovely ladies, all indica hybrid, in 5 gal buckets. They're 2 weeks old and about 3--4" tall. I was wondering when to set up the screen and what height to set it. I think I need to wait until I have 6-8" of plant to start, but I dont want to start too late. I have 2 spyderfarmer SL1000 LED's on lifter pulleys. They're currently right up on the buggers, but have about 36-42” of distance to play with. Any tips would be appreciated.
