I'm using 3 vitalume 2' fluoro's and a 150HPS more out of "that's as much light as I can get", as out of any plan. Now, what I'm wondering is if the fluoro's will provide the right mix of blue and compliment the HPS, or should I get them out of the way and just go with the 150w HPS? Any thoughts?

Keep 'em there man, absolutely. The more light the better and if you're using fluorescent lights to complement the HPS it makes sense to use those "blue" tubes since they provide a lot of the spectrum that the HPS lacks.

Very Cool! I thank you for the advice. I'll keep the fluoros close in and go for it.
