Best led for small grow room

Hi guys a little LED question? What would be best in a 457mm x 915mm space. A240w with 3w LED’s or a 135w UFO with 3w LED’s.

I am going to do 2 auto's just i have a little to keep me going then i won't to try a scrog. Just sorting what would be best for the limited space.

Ok thanks. But would i get a bigger and better crop with more light..I don't think i will have any problems with heat.
