Best Temps and RH for Drying and Curing?

I'm getting ready to harvest and I'm wondering what my temp and rh should be for my drying tent and my curing jars. I have these mini humidity gauges that I'm going to put in the jars so say I want the humidity to be 62, should I burp the jars when it gets above 62 or should I burp it at 75 cuz the outdoor humidity is around 45 so that the average rh is around 62?
+ any other tips, this is my second successful grow
