Best temps to induce color

What is the ideal temperature range to induce color change on the purple strains? And do you keep these temps thru-out 12/12 or just the last few weeks? Please Help!!!

My bp purples with temps at 81* for the low. Purple plants turn purple,going down to 58* will purple more. Nights below 52 seem to slow growth down. I would not go below 65 until the last 18 days or so. this is from habit not from studies. So take it with a grain of salt.JK
