Best way to light up a 6'x16' dedicated veg space?

Hello all... what is the best way to light up a 6'x16' space which is dedicated only for veg. I'm vegging out plants to 18" max so don't need the penetration, just the spread.

I'm looking for something that can be dimmable and ideally daisy changed.

I'm looking to spend about $2500... What are my options?

2 hid lights on a light rail,moving back and forth,id suggest 600 watt,i run 400 and it just gets it done,my upgrade will be 600,1000 to much 600 just right.

At least 3 led that can cover a 5×5 but you will not have total coverage seeing that its 6 ft wide but it shouldn't matter in veg. Or can add a few strips on one side to make up the 1 ft. Mars may have some easily daisy chained models as well.
