This is my 2nd time around growing Big Nug , I tried a bit of lst and topping on the last lot so decided to take some monster cropped clones and see how it goes.. 1st clone taken at 5 wks into flower and is doing amazing. So decided to take some more at later stages just to play about with, I have 3 taken at 7 weeks and then took 10 buds from the light green stuff under the canopy and cloned them ! this is literally at harvest ! They all rooted pretty quick tbf but took a few weeks to start vegging again , but now that they are !!! wow they are literally growing like monsters, abnormal leaves, single fingers the works . Pics to follow

My big girl, she's 8 weeks in veg and just had a good clean up and LST/KYLE KUSHMAN a repot to a 30l. I'll beg her a week or so more then once she's the right height I'm gonna flip her. Been a few days since I done that and she's already looking happy and all her mains reaching for the sky.

I'll get a more recent pic plus pics of all the babies

I feel like you and @Dr.B have similar ideas about pushing lst and pruning. Goodness. Look forward to seeing how she bounces back!

Thanks, I've tried to have a look at @Dr.B s profile to get some tips as I'm pretty new to all of the techniques, I'm just an avid reader and love learning. Tried a bit of LST and pruning etc last grow with this strain and she loves it. So thought I'd try and push her this time see how big a yield I can get. Plus some big fat colas, minus the trimming and popcorn.

His thread on super critical cbd is what I'm thinking of. He grew out a mother for around twenty clones and now has her in flower.

I'd be cheeky now and take a couple of clones while she's well into flower and reveg it, then watch her explode with growth haha
Hahaha I can imagine.

A few shots of her 2 days ago, and the smaller ones just before their hair cuts, things starting to take shape now, going to be flipping them all in next 2 weeks I think. Apart from the babies of course, they are for next time round

Looking good, I wish I'd spent a bit more time reading up before I started growing, but I think I'm finally getting there. I just dream of the wasted hours trimming worthless bud, compared to this time round. Oh well we live and learn

My big girl, starting to see some nice growth, end of the week I think and she's getting flipped, then I think I'm going to repot and tidy up the other 3 smaller ones and flip them a couple of days later. Quick question, so if you flip they generally double to treble in size. As mine are trained so much I'll have to take into account how long the stems are rather than just height or width is that right?, I mean my big girl is maybe 12 inches (not measured just eyeballing now on pics lol) but she's at least double that if I'd let her grow in height the usual way. So if I flip that could be 6 foot tall right? If that's right I'm. Going to be super cropping and doing some major bending too. So What do you think? she's going to need a 4x4 space to herself isn't she? Oh yeah I know who can answer this for me lol (cough cough) if you have a few minutes spare please @Dr.B

Been burgled and lost loads of work, house trashed completely, luckily nothing more than damage and vegging plants dead, lost my big girl and a load of autos 2 weeks old. All that time wasted. Thank god for cctv, shame its just kids or there would be a bit more damage today. Remember guys, windows closed or locked

My cheap alternative to air pots or fabric pots, drill or melted holes in pots/buckets then lined with weed control and they work really really well, masses of fibrous roots grow due to the plant air pruning her own roots, growing secondary roots from the mains making nutrient uptake easier for her. When I use the poly pots(like thick refuse bags) I slice slits into the sides maybe an inch long so you get a type of Chinese lantern effect. Think I'm just going to lump all my sizzle into this one thread until next grow as due to the burglary it's all staggered. But I've got a plan to stick a cheeky SOG in my little tent with just 2ish weeks vegging to get my harvests to roughly sync up so I can fill all at same time again
