Brown patches, holes, and tears all over plant. Help!

Hi, new grower here. About 3 days ago I noticed some small holes on the lower leaves of my plant. After doing some research I decided it must be pests, although I haven't seen any. I've treated it twice since then and the only thing that's changed is large amounts of brown spots all over my plant. I'm not really sure where to go from here, any suggestions?

I’m not a pro, but the pros will want details. Soil mix, nutes, lighting, how close it is, etc. Good luck!

I'm using black gold organic. I also added in some perlite and peatmoss. I use the fox farm trio at 1/2 the recommended amount. I've been using a cfl and I keep it 2-3 inches away. I just flushed 2 days ago. they are about 6 weeks old
