Brown spots on the end of my leaves.

Hey guys i am new to growing, this is a IGrowCan setup it usually takes 10 weeks to grow. Im currently on week 3 and i have been running into these brown spots that can be seen without the flash, but with the flash it looks normal, i can see a color difference if i look through the leaves with a light, is this something to be worried about or does my plant look about right for where i am at?
