Unofficially, I don't have a clue.
I have an LED I purchased for the 2'x4' I purchased to make seeds... But that 2'x4' is full of cuttings... And the LED is hanging in a 4'x4, along with a TekLight (t5), that's behind used as a veg currently.

Oh... Does the $20 LED shoplight I root under count?

They were in the greenhouse... I sprayed them down with PureCrop1 before and after cutting... But still.

I've been using VitC for cutting, and I can say it works really well. Using 1/2 tsp in 1 cup of water. That's how I did the thai clones anyhow.

I would use it for veg, and for things like mothers....
