I doubt we can even agree on what 3# is. Remember that dust up with SSHZ and MiMedGrower?
Or the guy whose buds are so dense it fits in 14 jars lol. I agree with you though; g/sqm is what matters. One light in a 4x8 on a track mover will make more than the same light in a 4x4.

The problem I have here is you are only talking about the light. The inference is that this light reigns supreme and can make a 3 pound per light grower out of anyone.

On that I call bullshit.

There is way more to it than just a light. But over and over again we are talking about just the light doing this.

I feel like you are trying to sell me a light. Are you? Why are you not talking about media, watering, CO2 and environmental control, genetics, etc etc. What about how you weigh? Dry and Cure?

🤷‍♂️ Maybe I'm wrong.

I don't even measure output "per light" although easy enough to calculate. The de facto standard for measuring productivity is based on footprint, not light count. 4# in a 4x8. Watts / meter squared. These are numbers you will see that provide a more reasonable comparison.

An even better one if trying to highlight the lighting system is KWH/gr. This encompasses an efficiency coefficient of the light.

You do you man, and if you are just a humble grower trying your best, my apologies. But if there is a sales slant to this behind the scenes, that's gonna irk me, and several others here. Not that sales are bad - but be honest and up front about it.
Like a said a buddy hit 3 lb with these lights and the rest is on the grower I’ve never hit these numbers with hps 5 years ago but of course it’s not based off of a light. And I can careless if you go by one or not so no to answer your question about marketing a light lol

@Madmax......final numbers are in - 104 oz, 6 1/2 lbs. total basically. Happy to report the Gavita LED's are still pulling their weight after 2 years and 2 months. So, 3 lbs. and 4 oz per 4 X 4 sq. ft. area. The Bubble Head turned out terrific, one of my best in a long time and probably surpasses Orange Gasm in overall quality. Final strain reviews and smoke report (Bubble Head and Orange Kush Cake) are over on Troll it up, BTW, 2.23 GPW I think is the correct calculation for this grow.

Fantastic news mate..i might have to purchase some. have my best yield coming up.thanks to you for telling me to top,and ive had people say my yield would decrease.but ive read on other forums if done early you can keep stretch at bay for more compact plants which i got along with increased yield.no where near your numbers but getting better...

just got the Athena proline with balance cleanse and stack can’t wait to use it on the next run. The feed chart that comes with it to claim 3.0 ec is that what you are running? Even for the recommended 60% at 1.8ec seems high to me that’s roughly 1500 ppms when these white widows I have scream bloody murder if I go past 650

Its because if the raito and makeup of the EC. EC is simply a measurement of dissolved solids. It doesnt tell you how much of what makes uo that EC
