BUG ID Please (see attached video)

Hi All,

Looking for some help. I was looking at trichomes and happen to come across this mite. Is this a "good bug" or "bad bug". Can anybody identify it? Thanks and greatly appreciated.

I'm not the best at matching pictures but it does not look like an aphid to me.

I purchase Neoseiulus (Amblyseius) to help maintain a spider mite issue that I was having. Could this be one of the mite predators? Of It could be a spider mite, I don't know.

I think it looks more like a spider mite....and as the article reads, often referred to as "the Borg" by many growers
