Bugs/hydro

Are there any pests I need to worry about now that I'm in hydro? Let me be more clear,....are there any bugs that can live IN the buckets with the roots, like root aphids?

Can they live in water? Any others?

Fungus Gnats, not as much of a problem as soil but they can cause damage. They don't live in water, but in like a ebb n gro when your not actively feeding they have access to the root in hydroton.
