Building a PRO setup! product suggestion?

I want to build a master setup,
got extra room in my house, 10ftx30ft.
There's no budget limit.


1. I want to go full hydro, thinking about RDWC with 12 pods, 13 Gallon each -> one main reservoir.
2. For pH and Dosing automation, I will go with the Growee Pro Combo
3. For lights, I want to set up LED lights any suggestions?
4. For ventilation, maybe a regular 3hp A/C?

Anything else I should add?
