Burn or Deficiency? Small Outdoor

I’ve inherited a plant and recently it’s started showing yellow leaves towards the bottom of the plant and now moving higher up

Biobizz light mix
Bio grow 1ml/L per week
Top bloom 1ml/L per week
Top max 1ml/L per week

week two or three of flowering, wanting to increase dosage of bloom and max but will refrain if nutrient burn

maybe lay off the nutes completely for a couple feeds see how it reacts...
