Toss a hygrometer in there and i burp anytime it hits 65% can be many times a day depending on how dry before sealed. If its all the time take em out and give em a few hrs then put em back and see how they go. The goal is to slow the last portion of drying and even out the bud moisture. Once they sit stable between 58-62% for a few days they can be left sealed

Why use the packs unless u need them.

The packs are for when you screw up and miss starting the cure on your own.

Ive got nugs that were put cvaults at 62% 7 weeks ago and here they were last week sitting at 61% and its still curing

yes. If curing properly your bud will be 62-plus humidity.
It’s after you get them stabilized and ready for long term storage that you toss in a pack.
