buy a 240w blackstar or 300w diamond series?

whats going to be a better light for the money a 300w diamond series light? or a 240w blackstar

the black star is $300 and the 300w diamond series is $749

was about to order the blackstar.... then saw the 300w diamond series for 749............. they seem really new and have switches too

If I were you I will rather buy LED light incorporating 3W chip set either Cree or Epistar or both.

First grow here, so my word and/or endorsement is damn near useless...

...that said, I toyed with the exact same comparison and ended up going with two Blackstar 240Ws. Better bang, and coverage, for the buck. Plus I figured with the tech and prices changing so much it would be better to spend less and plan on an "upgrade" within the next couple of years.

the blackstar's do not have..... reflectors for each LED light like some of the other company's do like magnum and the diamond series. I have a feeling those reflectors are going to be very useful and maybe make the led 30% brighter............ this is a huge factor paying 300 for a LED fixture with out a reflector is almost as bad as buying a hps bulb and not using a reflector ??????? dont you think so?
