Can a seed/seedling recover from starting at 12/12?

Can a seed/seedling recover from being in month of 12/12? Limited for space at the moment and hoping after a month from seed at 12/12 it could successfully grow at 18/6 without being harmed. Looking to breed 4 of them under these conditions.

Also, if I put them in 12/12 for the whole lifecycle, will the new genetic have flaws?

Please let me know your opinions below.

It fine. I've done it plenty of times. The smoke will be the same,just less quantity. Depending on how developed the bud is if any, you might want to keep it at 12 to finish.

Not after one generation. Now if you continue breeding multiple generations under 12-12 I'm pretty sure it will not necessarily be flawed just different.
