You can make that into a bong with a dremel... i bet its ceramic. I dont blow glass tho but i could ask around... i bet your lookin at 4 to 500 bucks for someone to blow you one.

3 ways to get that. you can just look for a pre made one. you can find someone who will make one with cost not being the object. you can pay someone a fixed price and end up with art instead of a replica.

if you try to find a premade usually u end up fighting with yourself.
if you pay someone with a rep to make one then they usually they try to fuck you over with pricing.
if you pay a fixed price then usually ur friends will say its not what you wanted or not as good as the other 2 options.

option 1 usually makes both parties happy but not the audience.
option 2 works best for the audience.
