Can Auto Plants "auto Bloom" A Second Time After Harvest?

Hi I am new to the forum. I would like to know if you harvest an auto and decide to use it as a mother plant, will it go into bloom automatically a second time? How long do you let a blooming plant stay in bloom? How do you know when to harvest?

Autos can only be harvested once and can't be used as a mother because they are an auto look up some info on autos ......

An auto has a short life cycle some 10 to 13 weeks, give or take.
