Can I take a cutting off a 4 week old rooted clone in veg?

So I have a few plants in veg. They were well rooted than placed in veg for 4 weeks(6 weeks from cutting). Can I take a cutting off this plant and if so, will there be any possible issues taking a cutting from a 4 week old plant. I know from seed this can't be done @ 4 weeks but what about from a healthy well rooted 4 week old clone about 20" tall.

Yes indeed you can as long as the diameter of the stem where you want to cut is 3 t 5 mm and use a clean blade slice downwards across the stem this gives you a bigger surface area dip in clonex straight away as soon as you make the cut . Reduce the Shade leaves by half .
