Luckily I used google chrome to translate those pages to english. Yes those lights are perfectly fine if you're just starting out. The 125w 6400k is for veg(18-24 hours of light) and the 125w 2700k is for flower(12 hours light, 12 hours dark) those lights wont give you the best results but they will give you results...basically in the yield department is where you will see loss.
