Looks like poor drainage. Are there drain holes in the cups? Mix needs perlite imo.

Yeah there is holes......That what I didn't do I forgot to mix it ....shit

Just dont over water. And scratch up the surface with a fork or something. Just the top 1/8”. Careful if there are roots up top. Will help keep the soil from cementing over.

What strain is that with the crazy leaves? That is just bad genetics, in my opinion. A lot of people are crossing poly hybrids with poly hybrids these days...this is what happens. Anything-Cookies and Anything-GGlue is unstable after the S1 generation.

Try crossing cookies with glue and growing out 100 seeds. My money is on 16 or more distinctly different plant types.

Try stabilizing one of those by F1-F2-F3-BX and see what happens, lol, rotfl, LMFAO

Ok, I'm even more convinced that it is just fluke genetics. Look at this lineage. Try another bean, and hope for the best. Where there is a runt, there could also be a star. Just make sure you start keeping a clone when you find the one you like.

Could be PH issues, but it’s difficult what to advise... I assume you’re checking your feed PH? Usually a good flush with plain PH’d water is a good idea, but with poor drainage that’s not advisable either...
