hello fellow hobbyist , that's maybe a little too much perlite in your soil, too much can make ph and ec hard to keep stable, ppm's run off is double the stuff you are putting in so hold off the food, leaf margin burn is normally due to respired moisture condensing on the leaf margins and then lens burning your girls when the lights come on.
you do have some septoria too pic 7, remove the leaves with necrotic leaf margin spots (grey brown through yellow).
plenty of airflow a gentle flush of double the pot capacity with water and again a foliar feed maybe and then hold off flipping them into flower until you have fixed your ph and wot not man
